Painting: Paste, Collage and Color A Summer workshop with Laurie Doctor
		In this two day class we will explore possibilities of acrylic paint when combined with other mediums including paste, chine colle (French collage) and pastels. We will work from images that we draw inclass and begin by mixing color. Each student will make a series of small paintings. To make this possible, the class will be taught as a creative pattern with a beginning, middle and ending in a contemplative atmosphere - so plan to come for the whole day and leave your cell phones and other electronic devices outside the classroom. All levels of experience are welcome.
