The desert landscape of Ghost Ranch is open and intoxicating to the senses.  We will combine explorations of lettering, drawing and painting through the imagery, sound and smell of the desert. We will listen and search for patterns, music and poetry in unexpected places.
 
This workshop is part of a series that investigates  the ways that the universal elements of line, pattern and texture, as they are found in landscape, can be reflected through writing, drawing and painting. Students will make journals of their work.
